We want to make getting your pool supplies easy and convenient. Customers must live within a 10-mile radius of the store and spend a minimum of $100 to qualify for free delivery. These are the only two conditions to qualify for free delivery. If your order is less than $100, you will be charged a $10 delivery fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back.
Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged under the following conditions:

the original receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase

the return must be completed using the original method of payment & card

merchandise must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.

all custom orders (ex. liners, spa covers, non-stock items, etc.) and sale items are final sale

absolutely no refunds on any pool & spa chemicals

absolutely no refunds on electrical items

gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchased
